I just wrote two articles on eHow that you might be interested in. One of them is something that I’ve become more and more aware of lately–how to choose healthy diet foods. Lord knows they package up some real junk and call it diet food!


The other thing that I wrote about is how you can lose weight green tea. It’s amazing how much green tea can speed up your metabolism. This is not an ingrained habit yet, but it’s about to be!

I’ve lost 20 pounds on Sugarbusters so far, but I got really off track when I got sick and stopped exercising. Soon, I wanted to cheat. I wasn’t too bad (three candy bars worth of damage), and I haven’t gained any weight, but I haven’t lost any more either.


I’ve really been able to tell the difference in my mood. I’ve been in a horrible mood for two weeks now. It is worth going back hardcore on this diet just to feel like a nice person again.

So today, so far, so good.

Yes, this is it. My weight-loss blog. They say that keeping track of your progress is one of the best ways to be successful, and this space is where I am going to do that. At the very least I am going to talk about this journey, and if I’m brave, I’ll post my weight. I’m not brave enough to post photos yet though. The internet can be a scary place to put yourself out there if you’re not feeling as though you look your best.

I have my own version of Sugarbusters that I follow. It is stricter than Sugarbusters. No fruit juice, for example! No white flour, white rice, refined foods, potatos…Here’s to the skinny pic that will be on this blog in May!
